Today is World Sjogren’s Day. This is a chronic, systemic, serious autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks moisture producing glands in the body leading to dryness (eyes, mouth, skin, etc), fatigue, & joint pain. Many of us have organ involvement-lung, 🩸, kidneys, & lymphoma, too.
first week back at work and i called out monday and left early today. i feel like ass (not the good kind) and i hate this shit.
