Generator of Indie RPGS & Scenarios. White pan middle-aged cis-male and yet somehow still sexy. He/him/good-boy.

#RPGaDay2026 Day 4 - Charm I have a soft spot for charming games, wholesome stories with low stakes, problems overcome by friends working together. Camp Flying Moose does this well, with adventures in a girls' summer camp, but also Golden Sky Stories with its cutesy anthro-animals antics.

#RPGaDay2026 Day 3 - Poise I prefer PCs without poise: an unflappable character makes for a fairly dull story. What motivates them? Give me messy PCs every time, the sort who panic, beg, bargain, rage, cry and kiss the wrong person at the right time. Poise is for villains.

#RPGaDay2026 Day 2 - Stature A game where stature is everything, "Underfoot" has one character stat, which measures the PC's size. It's a game about small creatures, from gnomes & dwarves to cats & dogs, doing their best to get by in a world dominated by humans. www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/1...

#RPGaDay2026 Day 1 - Discipline Games that require discipline are unusual, since most of them are more like a circus run by monkeys when they get to the table, but there are a couple which need a little more cautious deliberation.

As GM, I keep a lot of pots simmering, ready to serve up hot when the players decide what they want. That means, if they choose the beef, then the chicken I had ready goes to waste, but I can still use the vegetables I cooked and the players can season the plate to their own taste. #ttrpg

Here's an idea: maybe don't buy official card from WotC anymore, just keep buying customised proxies/tokens from indie artists until WotC allow their staff to unionise. That way, indie artists gets to make some money & WotC get punished. Yay or nay?

3 years on from laying off over 1,000 people, Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are sending daily emails and physical letters encouraging the survivors to not unionise

Hey, at least the Pinkertons aren't involved yet.

I've made it onto the "AI Haters" list, described as "Subscribes to anti-AI blocklists or otherwise seems poorly disposed for productive conversations." 😆 Funnily enough, it's not lead to anyone blocking me.
