the one thing this squad had going fo rthem was their ability to connect passes all match long. Today? every pass is wide, short, or into a highly contested area of the pitch. Belgum is playing really smart defensivly. They need to tighten it up on the attack, and through the midfield.

I do not disagree with a single point made by Shannon. #stlblues have the potential, and the wiggle room to improve on that too. The only trouble I see is WHO MAKES THE STARTING ROSTER? So much talent to chose from, and the Blues traditionally bring up players slow. Maybe that's about to change?
