On Tuesday I’ll be in Vienna for a side event on accountability, torture prevention, and the enduring legacy of CIA black sites, Abu Ghraib, and Guantánamo — alongside Prof. Fionnuala Ní Aoláin, former UN Special Rapporteur on Counter-Terrorism.
