Experiments for measuring dung and soil removal and seed dispersal. These are some of the ecosystem services provided by dung beetles. We weighted how much dung is left and how much soil was moved. We also counted dispersed seeds. These results will be compared with data collected 13 years ago.

Coming back home from another great @biogeography.bsky.social TIBS meeting #TIBS2026. So many great talks, conversations with friends and colleagues, and renovated energy for future research! It is always a pleasure to attend these meetings.

The news is finally out — #TIBS2028 will be held in #China 🇨🇳 The conference will take place in #Beijing, bringing the global #biogeography community together again after two years. High expectations for an exciting meeting and stimulating discussions.
