So. 1) Stay out of minefields. 2) Refer to #1 unless you're EOD. If you are EOD and are in a minefield, hope those with you aren't idiots. 3) Minefields suck. Seriously. 4) Any questions about minefields?

So. 5 hours inside of Rep Omar's home. For, supposedly, her immigration paperwork filled out by her father long ago. 5 hours to "search" through her home. That house needs to be searched top to bottom for cameras, listening devices and more ASAP. I'd send in an EOD team FIRST.
FEDERAL AGENTS FINALLY LEAVE REP. ILHAN OMAR'S HOME AFTER MORE THAN FIVE HOURS
So. The "shortage" of and high price of diesel in the US. Guess why. If you said, "because the US is exporting diesel to other parts of the world, mainly Europe, due to Middle East shortages", give yourself a cookie. oilprice.com/Latest-Energ...
U.S. Diesel Exports Hit Record High as Domestic Stockpiles Slide | OilPrice.com
U.S. distillate exports reached a record as strong overseas demand and falling inventories heightened concerns about winter fuel supplies.

So. People STILL think stuff like this is new. Dick Cheney told reporters that reality is whatever they want it to be, alluding to the fact they could simply change the story in the news cycle being reported to whatever they wanted it to be.
I believe he said, “Look Dana:
So. Citizen's United ruling. 2010. 16 years ago. And 1 state, Hawaii, FINALLY actually did something about it. 16 states are a Dem trifecta but only 1 has actually done something. In 16 years. And people STILL don't get how bought off the corp-Dems are? It's still, "but but the other guyyyyy".
Hurray for Hawaii.👏🏻 I had no idea Citizens United could be challenged state by state. Why aren’t we doing this everywhere? Our democracy belongs to the people, not billionaires buying influence and elections. Hawaii leads the way. Let’s make this a nationwide movement!
So. Houting A.I. This is how wrong AI is. The US bought Russian oil from '95 to '23 and only stopped when Biden banned the imports due to the Ukraine invasion in '22. Biden was inaugurated in Jan '21. He bought Russian oil for 2 years before imposing the ban. 🤦♂️
So. How's that higher Fed Min Wage working out? Oh wait, no, Manchin was one of 8 Dem Senators that killed it. 🤦♂️ "but getting a Manchin is better than..." I swear some people are just f'ing stupid.
Getting a Manchin is better than getting an Alme
So. Azarinth Healer book 7 by Rhaegar comes out Oct 15. This is a LitRPG, Progression, Female Protagonist series that I highly recommend for people that just want to read/listen (audiobook) to a decent story with a decent FMC. Synopsis follows...
So. Alani Bankhead won the Dem primary. Seth Bodnar jumps into the race as an Independent. Dem establishment screams for Bankhead to drop out, she RIGHTFULLY refuses. The fear is Dem votes will split between Bankhead and Bodnar giving the R the win. So, Bodnar is the spoiler here.
Montana Dem. Senate nominee Alani Bankhead defends staying in the race in a new op-ed, arguing Democrats should rebuild their brand rather than back independents and accusing party leaders of overriding 49k primary voters. VoteHub now rates the race Solid R.
So. "We used to hold dictators and autocrats accountable." Lie. The US installed, funded and maintained relations with dictators since the '50s. The US imported Russian oil FROM PUTIN specifically from '12 to '23. We only sanctioned the Russian oil after the Ukraine invasion.
We went from sanctioning Russian oil to buying it in three weeks. Instead of ending his disastrous war in Iran, Trump is now funding Russia's war in Ukraine. We used to hold dictators and autocrats accountable. Now our president negotiated a deal to fund Putin's unjust war.
So. "OMG I can't wait for the tribunals!" This is a fantasy. A Dem Congress can only hold investigatory hearings and make recommendations to the DOJ for prosecution. TRUMP'S DOJ. People forget the '08 crash and Congress yelling at banking CEOs who promptly did nothing because no consequences.
So. For 18 MONTHS Garland "did what he could". 🤦♂️ People. For 18 MONTHS Garland begged Trump to return the stolen documents. That's what Garland did for 18 MONTHS. Trump returns the documents and Garland does NOTHING. Trump refused and Garland was FORCED to raid mar-a-lago to get them back.
Garland did what he could. Unfortunately so did the MAGA sycophants in the judiciary.
So. The problem with Jessica's pontification? She tries to equate the frat members that did nothing as "good men". They aren't and weren't. If they were, they would have done something. They didn't. Had a "good man" been there, they WOULD have done something. There wasn't one there that night.
I Know Why Cornell Was the Tipping Point jessica.substack.com/p/cornell-ja...
So. Trump is buying oil from Putin again. I say again because the US bought Russian oil from '95 to '23 and only stopped when Biden banned the imports due to the Ukraine invasion in '22 which he did before Congress forced him to do the ban. So, from Clinton to Biden... Putin was good? 🤷♂️
So. Another "let's fantasize about a Dem Pres undoing something a GOP Pres did". Reality is that neither Obama nor Biden re-signed the US to the ICC after Bush Jr left the ICC in '02. Biden went so far as to condemn the ICC for issuing warrants against Netanyahu, you know, the guy doing GENOCIDE.
I'd sure as hell would love it if President Ossoff, President Buttigieg, or President Ocasio-Cortez would embrace and join the US in ICC in 2029. How 'bout you?
So. Add "having your family 'swatted' while you receive death threats" as a reason victims of SA do not report the incident to police. Want to take bets on whether police will even TRY to track down who instigated the swatting incident? Because my money is on no. people.com/cornell-jane...
Cornell Jane Doe’s Family Faced Guns Drawn by Police in ‘Swatting’ Incident, Lawyer Says
A former Cornell University student who has alleged she was sexually assaulted by several men was the victim of a swatting call this week and has recently been doxxed and threatened, according to her ...

So. Don't understand how people like Andrews suddenly become MAGA-lite? MONEY. DONORS. POWER. Want into the club using our money? Then you do/say this. Either the candidates do their bidding or they get no support and attacked. Corp-Dems either get this candidate or they lose. BOTH are fine.
SC Dem Senate nominee Annie Andrews released an ad calling trans women "biological men." She embraces sports and surgery bans for youth. Her campaign even says she won't work to overturn the HRT/blocker trans youth ban. She once argued against capitulation. Subscribe to support our journalism.
So. We are now one step away from pay-per-view executions. 👍 Got it.
The Pentagon says it will livestream the firing squad execution of Fort Hood shooter Nidal Malik Hasan
So. I've had a couple of colonoscopy's in my time. The first one I had, I turned to look back at the lady (nurse or Dr or assistant? I don't remember) as I laid on the table and said, "don't worry, I'll still respect you tomorrow". She was not amused. 🤷♂️
Just as an FYI I will be entirely absent from social media on Wednesday on account of 1. Colonoscopy; 2. Recovering from colonoscopy; 3. Posting on social media with judgement-impairing drugs in one's system is a really not great idea. I'll spend the day watching unchallenging television instead.
So. Once again Dems are campaigning on an issue they failed to pass in the past when given the chance. The ACA COULD have had the public option. It COULD have been MFA. Obama and Senate Dems killed it for lobbyist cash. I wonder when Dems will run on codifying abortion again.
Midterm candidates are talking up Medicare for All, and in a poll 2 out of 3 Americans said they support it. The phrase speaks to a desire for radical change, though many don't really know what it is. n.pr/4j8TVAE
Megyn Kelly has been criticizing the Cornell Jane Doe for how she responded after she was allegedly sexually assaulted by multiple men in one night. But Kelly seems to have forgotten what it feels like to be blamed after coming forward with sexual misconduct allegations ten years ago.
So. With all the posts/news about SA, quite a few comments on women protecting themselves. If you're a woman and want to ask about firearms and/or self-defense, by all means send me a chat request. I'm more than happy to share my knowledge with you. No. I'm not putting out 100 posts on this.
So. Some people don't understand the purpose of action movie/tv series macho male "heroes". They exist solely for men that never found their sack to insert themselves over the character and go, "in my fantasies, I'm that guy!" and for women to fantasize about having that guy. That's it.
So. Let me address the VA statement. I just had cataract surgery for both eyes. This is the process I had to go through. 1) I had to wait numerous years for the Dr at the VA to determine that my eyesight had deteriorated enough due to cataracts before he would allow surgery.
So. This isn't a complete list, just a list of some of the reasons victims don't report or delay in reporting. 1) The system is rigged against SA victims. At EVERY LEVEL. From SA kits taking so long to get processed, LE treating the victim like a suspect, trial BS, judges letting men off with zip.
So. We have people that don't understand that two things happened that night both with and to the young woman. 1. She got intoxicated and consented to s*x with the "friend" and another man that was his "friend". 2. The frat THEN trafficked her to EVERY FRAT BOY once she was beyond functioning.
So. Today I learned about the "ninja defense". And LMAO. Caller: "Women should accept their biblical gender role because if they are attacked by ninjas and yell for help, it'll be a man that saves them." W...T...F... is this "OMG I'd be the hero" BS.
So. The Cornell case. The NY loophole. NY legislature. Dem controlled. "Legislation to remove New York’s voluntary intoxication exclusion has been introduced annually for at least the past eight years without success." www.msn.com/en-us/news/o...

If the Cornell 7 and male alumni of 2024 are *having a hard time* identifying Jane Doe, chances are it happened to more than one woman. 🗯️
