I've been working on a guide for my Dimir Moonshadow list for a while and I'm glad to announce that it's finally out (for free!) It has 5k words and delves into the sideboarding plans, deckbuilding philosophy, and gives many tips and tricks. drive.google.com/file/d/1aPo2... @fireshoes.bsky.social

If you see me in Hasselt this weekend, come say hi! Very excited to be there.

Won the ELM Qualifier at Zum Waschbären in Ulm today playing BG Hogaak: moxfield.com/decks/22x9cl... R1: Food Chain Goblins 2-0 R2: UR Cam/Affinity 2-1 R3: JamesKisau Grixis 2-0 R4: Simic Omni 1-2 R5: Forge 2-1 R6: ID QF: Cradle Control 2-1 SF: UW Control (RIP + Helm main) 2-1 Finals: Tron 2-1

Day 5 of testing Tron: 3-2 R1 D harmonywoods Esper 2-0 or 2-1, I don't remember R2 P Doomsday 0-2 R3 D Yorion UWx Control 2-1 R4 D Death n Taxes 1-2 R5 D Naya Initiative 2-0

Testing Tron in Legacy, day 4: Took a break today to play Invasion Block draft. Fascinating format - it's like half modern Limited, half old Magic with all the colour-hosing stuff etc.

Day 3 of Tron testing: 2-3 R1: Stryfo Pile, P R2: Affinity, D R3: TES, D R4: UR Delver, P R5: BW Death n Taxes, D I think my mulligan decisions are still off. The Affinity match was close and came down to my opponent playing very well by forcing a Disruptor Flute that would've hit Emry.

Testing Tron in Legacy, day 2: 1-4 R1: Mardu Pyromancer, D 1-2 R2: Naya Depths, D 1-2 R3: Yorion Beans, D 0-2 R4: Forge, D 1-2 R5: Grixis Midrange, D 2-0 A bunch of misplays in this league that cost me some wins. Tron is good at beating sideboards, but I need to learn where I can't be patient.

Testing a new deck, day 1: 3-2 R1 Forge, Draw 0-2 R2 UW Control, Draw 1-2 R3 Naya Midrange, Play 2-1 R4 BG Moonshadow/Hogaak, Draw 2-1 R5 Esper Vial, Draw 2-1

Got my first ever 5-0 Legacy League today with trusty old Big Dimir! The deck feels like home at this point. R1 UW Blink 2-0 R2 Does Machines Storm 2-0 (super sweet deck) R3 UW Blink 2-1 R4 UB Tempo 2-0 (Moonshadow + Shredder) R5 UR Cam Combo (Emry + Cutter)

First place after Swiss in today's spontaneous 15-player @ecobaronen.bsky.social cup! Playing my trusty old Dimir pile. Let's see if I can close out this Top 4

This place is probably gonna be flooded with Magic B&R discourse today, but some good news from yesterday: I won my store's Riftbound release event! Game is super sweet and surprisingly complex.

Finally back on here after my PC had been broken for the past 2 weeks. Won this with Cradle Nadu at a local tournament a couple of weeks ago. Also, look at this unrelated Tundra.

Got a nice little 4-1 with good old Cradle Nadu, only losing to honestly one of the coolest decks I've seen in a long time.

3-0-1 at the local Legacy monthly with Cradle Nadu. I felt lost in the format ever since the lack of BnR update, but I think I found a comfortable spot. R1 BW Death n Taxes 2-0 R2 mirror - intentional arrogance draw with a friend R3 Mono W Stompy (Clarion Conqueror and friends) 2-0 R4 UB Tempo 2-1

Got 16th place at the Ultra Comix Legacy Showdown in Nürnberg today, playing Esper Midrange once again. Unfortunate result after a strong 4-0 start, but I think my play was pretty tight today. Had to think about this for a while, which made me realise that my taste in music has changed a LOT over time. Define your musical taste in 6 bands/artists 1. Lupe Fiasco 2. Burial 3. 2814 4. Gnarls Barkley 5. Venetian Snares 6. Kendrick Lamar

Won our monthly Legacy tournament with my beloved Esper pile. Very important win for me since it secured 3rd place in our annual ranking. List: moxfield.com/decks/eQiesb... Matchups: Mirror D❌✅ - Draw Goblins P✅✅ Sneak Show D❌✅✅ BW Ketramose D✅✅ Oops All Spells P✅❌✅ 4-0-1

People need to keep bringing this up so we either get some kinda statement from JK or WotC gives the event to another TO. Maybe @fanfinity.bsky.social?

I'm still waiting to receive my playmat from Eternal Weekend Prague, and event which took place on November 17-19. Just ridiculous. Re-sharing this article. minmaxblog.com/article/we-n...

Played Middle Earth CCG today. It might honestly be one of the most beautifully designed card games of all time.
