Ngl this flu A is unironically worse than any episodes of COVID I've ever had. At least I can still move around with COVID but the Flu A has me in bed for like the last 36 hours with fevers and body aches. Reminder to get your seasonal flu vaccinations y'all. It'll reduce the risk of getting flu.
man, some patients with influenza i've met before were definitely not kidding when they described their flu A like being run over by a car or a truck. the whole night, i was in agony. every joint and especially my back were in PAIN. the headaches were pounding. i didnt wanna move at all gOSH.

been having throbbing headaches once or twice a month for like almost a year, always on waking up from sleep or times of stress or just being extremely busy.. its probably migraines ): gonna get a brain scan though because it would REALLY BE NOT GOOD if it was something else than migraines.
