Lots of tickets going around for the Summit game tonight. The Summit app does not let you list tickets below face value and the club adds a 20% fee on season ticket resales. Context for when people complain about empty seats during a “sell out” game.
Been waiting to hear where PPM was headed since she clearly hadn’t returned to the US since May and Crystal Palace was not on my bingo card!
I’ve been wondering how the club and Kurtz will handle her iron woman streak likely ending, with no shade to her but these 3 game weeks feel unnecessary to force every minute every week. Curious if there’s something ceremonial tonight vs NC to have it end with a late sub, we’ll see

One tidbit from a convo with the Summit ticketing team last night is that they’re claiming the 10% increase is actually a 3% increase plus a to be announced friendly added to the schedule… not sure that friendly warrants the same pricing as league matches but here we are 🥲
I like Jenna as a person and I think she’s a decent player, something didn’t quite work out in London but she still has a UWCL winners medal 🤷♀️

Another game where Summit didn’t put away their chances & gave up a very clear chance the other way 🤷♀️ In other news, Cushing kids were behind me & the daughter’s favorite English player is Chloe Kelly & Summit player is Janine (she couldn’t think of a favorite men’s player and tbh I respect that)
We may have a penalty but we’ve often thought this before only for VAR to overrule it

It is a bold move from the Summit to initiate season ticket renewals when they haven’t remedied all of the obstructed view seating at the temp stadium they didn’t advertise when people bought tickets… I get that there’s a long waitlist but a little risky to not give it some more time to get better

I haven’t seen the chart lately of xG vs goals scored but denver have to have one of the worst differentials there which hopefully means they eventually regress to the mean by over performing at some point but also just some attackers that need to be more clinical
