I am feeling really good with the production of the pilot so far. Goodnight :)

Welcome to the social media page of the Hampsterdance fan-made pilot! This is a blog of sorts as I attempt to bring this pilot into reality, no matter how long it takes. Follow along if you're interested in updates, or a fan of Hampsterdance like me.
Last thing before bed. This is just some further attempts at getting used to drawing the hamsters, by eyeing the character poses and trying to sketch them. I took notice of the very bean-baggy body shape, then sketched the poses on the right. I think it is really helpful to practice like this.
I feel like I'm getting better at drawing Hampton... just need to keep working on it.
2nd scene storyboard thumbnails. Hampton and his friends are bothered by an awful noise.
This is a bit of a guideline sketch I made for myself to draw Hampton and the other hamsters more accurately. It's not the most perfect, but being aware of flaws means I can catch them while drawing.
Did you know? There's more to the Hampsterdance then just the first song. There's actually a whole album of other songs which were animated too! I only bring it up because I'm researching a lot about these hamsters. Can't make a pilot without knowing the history :) www.youtube.com/watch?v=73vi...

Storyboard thumbnails for the first scene. Storyboarding is part of the pre-production process, it's when us artists figure everything out. In the future, these thumbnails will be refined, but right now, my only goal is to get everything down on the page.
Here are my first sketch attempts at the hamsters and their human owners. They are messy, but ideally if you draw a character enough you get really good at it, right? For now though, enjoy these really messy and uncanny looking drawings, as I adapt to drawing these characters.
Testing... 1, 2.. is this thing on? Hello internet and hamster fans alike! This may be 25 years too late, but I've taken up the mantle on producing the Hampsterdance pilot. I intend to blog it all here from start to finish, posting everything, even the messy work. (This is a fan project.)
