I checked the IMDb pages and yep, both of Sean Austin’s characters have the same name (well, “Mikey” and “Michael” but come on). The producers behind THE WILLIES just straight-up went “Yeah, our movie is part of THE GOONIES universe, whatcha gonna do about it?” I love that so much.
