I did it. I downloaded ELDEN RING. I spent like 45 minutes just making the face look better, then made it through a tutorial cave sort of thing. I will gladly welcome any tips, even super “duh” ones. I’ve played Final Fantasy games, BG3, Divinity OS 1&2, games w typical combat, still scared tho!

Watching Project Hail Mary for the first time and had never seen the trailer or read the book and didn’t know it’s a movie with a rock alien in a hamster ball (I’m delighted by this)
I’ve never been a fan of watermelon until I began covering it in taijin and now I’ve eaten basically an entire watermelon in the last week
Making a playlist of some of the stuff I listened to high school when I was an angst baby goth (2002-2006!). Need to add the nu metal in to get the full experience though
Fuck off. If anything is "millennial", it's those cool transparent colors our iMacs, Gameboys, and Tamagotchis came in. No fucking millennial likes the house flipper grey. Call it a millennial paint job when I can see through the exterior of a car because it's Glacier Purple like my GBA.

Grey floors and furnishings are said to appeal to Millennial tastes.
Millennial grey refers to a desaturated colour scheme that is said to appeal to the interior design sensibilities of the Millennial Generation in the early 21st century.[1] Cultural historian Kassia St. Clair attributed its widespread adoption to a desire among Millennials for "a flexible, sensible choice that will last years, hide any stains, and can be adapted to different schemes."[1] Some have diagnosed Millennial grey as a reaction to the warm hues of the late 20th century.[2]
Millennial grey is polarising, particularly when used with imitation-wood-texture sheet vinyl flooring, which many describe as depressing, soulless, or corporate.[3][4] Although attributed to Millennials, the grey colour scheme is often chosen by house flippers, vacation rental owners, or other people who do not actually live in the greyed properties.[3] Thus, the occupant of the property—Millennial or not—has little say in its colour scheme, particularly when deployed for fixtures such as flooring.[4] The greying may have been driven, in part, by a desire to prepare properties for sale in a manner thought to be least offensive to the average buyer.[5] Given the housing crises gripping many countries in the early to mid-21st century, buyers and renters may feel they have no choice but to accept a property decked in Millennial grey.[4]

So far this morning, I have seen people post about Sam Neil helping the environment, loving animals, respecting women, honoring aboriginal people, assisting struggling actors, and being funny. It turns out if you are a good person you are remembered fondly.
A favourite but underrated Sam Neill role for me was the villain in Daybreakers, he portrayed such a cold "vampire as metaphor for capitalist" type character. Very fun movie.

UPDATE. Your poop vibes have worked. She pooped last night and then proceeded to get the zoomies and be an absolute terror for several hours (yelling because I was sleeping not playing, yelling for snacks, etc)

Lots of pieces, but for something more vague: Jason Lazarus’ photo exhibit “too hard to keep.” People send in the only copies of photos they have, that are too painful to keep. Some of them you can guess why; others more vague and leave you wondering why they were so painful.

Caught up with the first two episodes of House of the Dragon and last nights episode. Who the fuck is DAERON??? Admittedly I forgot like 90% of what happened last season but I swear I’ve never heard of this guy
This movie was EXCELLENT. Inde Navarrette’s performance as Nikki was deeply unsettling. Her facial expressions and the way she so rapidly switched between emotions was incredible.

Brutal portrayal of love gone wrong. Masterful use of lighting. Inde Navarrette is mind-blowingly great. A histrionic performance that gets under the skin.

Jahan was mad that I wouldn't reveal the orc warrior and warrior dudes secret forbidden love to their superiors. Wolgraff continues to be my favorite character for the snarky notes he hands to my party members when they're being assholes
In Divinity Original Sin you and your fellow Source Hunter will disagree on stuff and then have to rock paper scissors the argument. Roderick thought Desdemona should forgive her husband for getting her and dozens of people on a ship killed. I disagreed.
I loved all my companions in Divinity Original Sin 2 (playing as Sebille with a part of Fane, Ifan, Lohse). However in DOS1 after 25 hours I only like Wolgraff. He doesn't have stupid banter, doesn't bicker with me, just alerts me to traps and writes notes to Jahan to tell him to shut the fuck up
Just finished re-reading book one in this series. Vampires!
Playing Divinity Original Sin 1 and gotta say the party is nowhere near as good as DOS2. Roderick keeps undermining me, Jahan keeps whining about demons and love being a scam, but Wolgraff who has no tongue and seems unbothered by much is pretty cool
