When I graduated from pharmacy school it was illegal for drug companies to direct market to the consumer. Once it became legal, the drug prices soared beyond belief. You cannot take a prescription drug without a medical diagnosis and a rx from a medical professional. These commercials are stupid!
When I see pharmaceutical or medical commercials I think we have to pay for these commercials instead of getting universal healthcare.
