If you do multi-plane 2p imaging, you may see the same cells across planes. We built Suite3D exactly for this purpose! It removes duplicates, corrects axial movement, finds more cells with less noise, much faster than alternatives. github.com/alihaydarogl... Try on your data, and reach out!
