The fan encyclopedia for the animation studio created by Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera in the late 50s to when it closed in the late 90s. Pop culture enthusiast. It's fun-fun-fun-tastic! (Run by James + Allie)

I find it ridiculous when Animaniacs and X-Men are brought back they do it without the original writers that made it worth watching. But you have to adapt to modern times! Literally the only reason why you're bringing it back is b/c of those writers. And lots of writers can adapt to "modern times."

I don't understand it when an independent DVD/BD company gets the rights to a movie, gets an exclusive interview with the director, but then gets a critic to do the audio commentary. I can't honestly believe they couldn't get that same director to do an audio commentary as well.

New King of the Hill has been job security for Grey DeLisle. And I like her, it's just that once I realise it's her, the character becomes more about being a Grey DeLisle-voiced role instead of watching the character for who they are.

I'm glad Marvel stopped making cartoons for Disney XD, and went exclusively to Disney+, cos Avengers Assemble had become wildly infantile by season 4. I remember almost giving up by season 3 but they had some eps that were good, but then took a major nosedive.

I think it's nice when Marvel and/or Fox brings back the OG X-Men in some form, like w/ Days of Future Past, and even with Avengers: Doomsday/Secret Wars which is supposed to wrap this up. But if they really wanted to make good with the fans, they should've rebuilt the series with X-Men 4 long ago

I understand that Catherine Disher couldn't play Jean anymore b/c there was too much of a demand for her voice (even more so 30 yrs later), but Jennifer Hale was not a good replacement. Hale is a great actress and it's not the first time she has been Jean, but not this Jean, the 90s Jean Grey. Sorry

I hope this is the furthest I ever get with a spoiler. I still can't believe I avoided May finding out Peter's secret and then crapped it up for myself when I bought it on Prime and accidentally moved the cursor on the time stamp and saw her expression and just knew.

If you’ve seen the movie yet, let me know if you noticed the little Columbo moment in Spider-Man.

They made Casey a former cop to add a layer to his character, but he's completely uninteresting and Amell has no chemistry with Fox. Their whole relationship comes off as childish. None of the banter that the 1990 movie had.

I hate TMNT: Out of the Shadows. All it does is play on 80s cartoon nostalgia and a trailer for an unmade third movie. It's a horribly written movie. But I do like Mikey's arc of wanting to be accepted by the top world.

When they run out of things to do with Shredder, his entire part in the movie is cut short by them putting him on ice just so he could be saved for another movie. At least when Han Solo was put on ice, it was at the end and served a purpose. When the writers froze Shredder, it was them being lazy.
