Making progress with bsnes netplay, rooms, lobbies and nat traversal with proxies if needed :) will do internal playtests first with the Sailor Moon S crowd and then a official release. The backend for this is called Weyvelength and will also be open source for the self hosters

I get heavy waves of imposter syndrome sometimes, idk why tho cuz looking at it objectively everything is great, its like the internal feeling im slacking or could be doing more. I'm happy people are enjoying the things i create and actively work on.

There are now automated builds for the sf3 third strike port 3sx! you can give 3sx a try without needing to build it yourself! You will be required to bring your own own copy of the game and currently it doesn't include netplay yet. get it here: 3sx.fooly.net

Hey everyone! New BSNES-Netplay update is here! After a lot of hard work, multitap support is finally here, meaning netplay sessions now support up to 5 active players! Release link down below.

BSNES-Netplay Multitap update coming this week. Ive been hammering at this for a while but i think i got it fixed. Been actively testing with no desyncs. Im happy with it😄

its been quite hard to progress on bsnes-netplay because my knowledge in emulator specifics is limited, but so far when testing its fine as long as i dont enable rollback when multitap is enabled, so ill prolly create a build that disables rollback when multitap is enabled (1/2)

Been working on stuff lots of stuff on the background but BSNES multitap (5-player) functionality coming in the next netplay release don't have a date yet but it's getting close :) the SNES sports fans are gonna love this.

Thanks to everyone for supporting my projects. I just wanna create cool stuff that people get to have fun with and actually use. It's night and day compared to my job where it sometimes feels I'm typing into an endless void.

Good Evening! First build of bsnes netplay is here, below is a small example how you would set it up with spectators (you need actual ips/ports when using it yourself). Have fun! Download link down below (windows and linux)
