I will say, it would be very nice if more artists utilized trello or other similar tools so commissioners can actually tell where they are in the queue. There have been a few times. I have waited quite a long time and it certainly stirs some not fun feelings if you think you’re being cut in line.

Look idk who needs to hear this cause I've seen alot of artists over the years dig this exact hole, but you need to finish your commissions. A percentage of your clients are going to be repeat commissioners. Another percentage of your clients heard about you from word of mouth. 🧵

I’ve heard from so many furries that they don’t want to commission artists anymore since they’ve been burned so often. Which really sucks for responsible artists.

These pursuits also require a decent amount of curiosity and critical thinking. Conservative brains are really just MC Escher mazes of knee jerk reactions to stimuli, which they confuse with thinking deeply, but crucially does not allow space for new ideas

I know you're not allowed to say this during the current debate, but the reason the left dominates academics, art, comedy, and music is that the right has stupid, discredited ideas, they're not funny, and dull resentment does not make for good art. No grand conspiracy required.
