15 days in and, rightfully, I think no rational person would believe me if I said how my September has been going. My month sounds like the worst soap opera scripts. Normally I love September - the sun of summer meets the cozy of fall - but seriously this September...

Went for a 5 mile walk in very sunny weather. After the week I had and the emotional rollercoaster I've experienced, it felt good to just forest bathe and escape

Corgi fruit dessert for Holo's 2nd bday. Peaches, pairs, rambutan, raspberries, passion fruit, and whipped cream. Yes, I spoil my puppers. Also you better believe they will get extra walks to burn this off and it's a one night only treat

Corgi beach party weekend is in full swing. Iroh and Holo are getting the lay of the land in advance of the official beach takeover tomorrow. Might only be a month since our last beach trip, but we so needed this

What's the best way to use your last day of a long vacation? I wouldn't know because I forgot it was my last day of vacation and my sleepy brain decided to autopilot my body in to the office this morning 🙃 I guess it at least means I saved one day of PTO

Worst part of a vacation ending is leaving a place when you still have so much you want to do. Best part is ending a vacation and immediately starting a second vacation to help ease one back into reality. Vacation #2 also features a truncated ocean view from the room!

Final day of current beach vacation started with a guy on the beach playing sax along to a speaker playing yacht rock pausing his sax to say "make today wonderful!" as Holo and I walked by Image of what my mind immediately went to in the moment

Tide pools, puffins, sea lions, lighthouse...paradise! Sadly the corgis had to wait on the observation deck since the park is pet restrictive, but they still got love and adoration

Tried a steam controller for the first time today. Really mixed on how I feel. Beyond amazing for Steam OS navigation and normal games, but for speedrunning precision platformers it felt so mushy and imprecise like I was streaming games and not playing locally
