TurboTax is such an ungodly combination of polished UI that obscures a labyrinthine UX. Few services stress me quite so much as TurboTax. Why did it take me 20 minutes of digging to get old tax returns? Why did I have to go through my Intuit account, which all sources say is a separate service?
