In Rucho v. Common Cause, 588 U.S. 684 (2019), the Supreme Court held that claims of unconstitutional partisan gerrymandering present political questions beyond the reach of the federal courts. The court must follow precedent, allow the people of Missouri to provide the remedy at the ballot box.
