I just (well, an hour ago) drew something very self-indulgent that I am very exited about. It is quite rough since it was meant to be the skeleton of something cleaner but I am very proud of it nonetheless.
I did, in fact, make a habit of it. Whoops.
Headwood@hewould.bsky.social · 11mo agoI have finally extricated myself from a several month long illustrative dry period. This is, however, mostly through rather NSFW works. I do not plan to make a habit of drawing it regularly, but I feel I ought to make it clear that this is what shall be posted for the short but foreseeable future.
This inspired me a bit, and gave me an opportunity to practice and experiment with some tricks I had not done before. I finished most of this a few weeks ago but I could not work out how to make a good face to fit the gap without accidentally ruining the surroundings, hence the scribbly cat.
(I understand that you are quite enthusiastic about the situation but the expression I ended up with was too good to erase)
