Amari@polyamari.gay · 5mo agoI'd like a telegram group for furs who are trying to get into shape / exercising more regularly to help me stay accountable. I always feel in most fitness chats I get demoralised by how far ahead everyone seems to be. Building routines can be pretty difficult (even though I find them so useful)
4 months ago I was rushed into hospital after collapsing and losing a tone of blood. 4 months later, I am back in the gym, football and roller derby. It was a scary time but I know I am a fighter.
