Day 4-6 The pain is dropped to the 4 at the lowest. I will admit I've been trying to sleep and just forgot tk update but speaking of sleeping. That has been the most painful and having to change positions everytime is annoying sometimes. I am going to get an update check from my doctor on the 30th
Day 3. I got the most amount of sleep possible last night, though again still feel the pain. Right now if I can rate it, it’s a 5/10 dropping to 4 pretty soon. The medications do have a side effect of making me drowsy and etc but besides that, I can feel the inflammation going away
Day 2. Last Night was very painful but I got somewhat good sleep. I had to switch alot of positions to get comfortable and went with the pillow under the knees/laying down flat situation. I'm not as inflamed compare to last night and have some more mobility in my legs. I just started my steroids

Right now, I’m going to be seeing a spine doctor and starting physical therapy to help me get back to doing basic things like walking, sitting up, and moving around normally again.
