seeing the situation with loish is pissing me off, so i'm reposting some things i said earlier about this kind of subject. there is no "ai artstyle," that's stolen work from artists who *have* an artstyle. like she said, do your research before you accuse people smh

a text post thread by me. it reads: Y'know what wait I'm not done, I saw someone say "it has that crappy AI art style too it too" like are we forgetting AI is literally a theft machine that ripped that style off of artist who, no doubt, were passionate about the development of it? Is their work "bad" now because AI stole it? And idk it's like, imagine the YEARS it would've taken to develop your work into something unique to you like, you LABORED over your style, you studied and practiced and perfected things only for AI to scrape your work, and now everyone associates your style with "slop" like the ANGUISH I'd feel. And not only that but people are so devout AGAINST your art style that they'll attack and accuse anyone who draws in a similar way WHEN A MACHINE LITERALLY STOLE THAT WORK FROM YOU, THE ARTIST. It's not an "AI art style," that's real work that's been taken away from real people.
