I made a bit nicer dinner today! Two kinds of smoked (with whiskey barrel chips) reindeer roasts and sous vide reindeer filet, also some venison roast I marinated in red wine and herbs overnight. Some balsamico gravy and roasted potatoes with goat cheese and taleggio cheese

Oh yeah, I forgot that I’m here also😅 Anyway NLFD was really fun! Was nice meeting some friends I hadn’t seen in a while. Now for NFC Hype!
