Got my latest water bill...hurrah! I've been doing something experimental to reduce my water use. Apparently the national average daily usage for comparable households is 181 litres. My usage is 85 litres/day. What the hell is everyone else doing with another 100 litres/day? (I stink mind...!) 😂😂😂

What a rich world we live in now! This summer so far I've seen a handful of bumblebees, one cranefly, two ladybirds and a few butterflies and dragonflies. Not a single wasp. Where's all our biodiversity?! What are we doing to nature! 😟

An impressive ceiling to our 'room for the night'! A large space beneath a glacier and a lucky find as the entrance was largely hidden by a snowbank. A night completely out of the wind up in the Arctic. 👍
