If you haven’t already, I’d highly recommend Steve Duda’s “River Songs, Moments of Wild Wonder in Fly Fishing.” And Matthew DeLorme’s woodcut illustrations are outstanding. Published by Mountaineers Books.
I’ve mentioned this in past tributes to The Curtis Creek Manifesto but I still find Sherry’s little tome the best introduction to fly fishing the industry has ever produced. It was my text for an instruction series, “Getting Your Feet Wet”, which bought together friends in the creative industries.
