An escape room, but it's just you and your friends hiding from a really affectionate Alaskan Malamute, that gets released once you're all in your hiding place
@weinbergs.bsky.social I don't know if you have seen this love letter to the Blues Brothers that Weird Al directed. youtu.be/TmG0DqhfDbY?...

Updated availability list for any upcoming Perfect Movie Marathon episodes.
Today I discovered that Married to the Mob wasn't a big hit. For whatever reason I thought it was HUGE.
Still my favorite comic book movie and I can't believe Disney has never bothered to do any special features for it.
Disney really went all out for 1991's THE ROCKETEER, which is an absolutely gorgeous film, starring Billy Campbell, Timothy Dalton & Jennifer Connelly. I feel like this film needs more love! Please tell me your thoughts about this movie! youtube.com/shorts/TinJz...
I might be a crazy outlier here but he is flat out my favorite western star.
✨ Happy Glenn Ford Day! ✨ Not only is he an incredible actor but he has charisma to match and a powerful presence that comes right through the screen. Heaven help me when he decides to turn on the charm—because he has more of that than one person should be allowed. #SUTS #TCMParty
I have only twice in the 13 years I have been podcasting devoted an entire episode to one movie. One was Iron Giant and this one. It's so jaw dropping amazing and I can't believe it tanked.
🎬 Total 80s cult Horror gem "The Blob" premiered across US and Canadian theatres 38 years ago today (August 5, 1988)! Directed by Chuck Russell and starring Shawnee Smith, Kevin Dillon, Donovan Leitch Jr., Jeffrey DeMunn & Candy Clark. Photography by Mark Irwin. TERROR HAS NO SHAPE! #Horror
Dear sex worker on Bluesky that follows me: Thank you for showing me your boobies. I will not be paying to see more. I have seven pets to feed. Good luck with your job. I wish you the best.
At work listening to the Newsies soundtrack and being overwhelmed with emotion. Things are so fucked up and I want to fight back like these kids.
It's time for another round of the low stock game! There are *3* Xenomorph, *1* Great Pumpkin, *3* BTILC, and *2* Draper prints left in the shop! www.brianna-ashby.com/new-products
The 3 kittens that were abandoned by their mother are doing well. Sadly Gidget went missing two weeks ago. I hope some kind person is taking care of her.
MATEWAN is film that all of you should watch. It's a masterpiece that's more relevant now than it was in 1987.
‘A reminder of why we have unions’: Matewan writer and director on the film’s lessons for the labor movement
John Sayles’s 1987 film, which dramatizes a 1920 labor conflict, shows how class solidarity can overcome prejudice

She is making biscuits on my stomach but she is so cute I'm just gonna tolerate it.
When my grandfather played semi-pro ball, women were still playing it as well. In fact the famous Daisies came to town and played a men's vs women game. Here is the weird thing, my grandfather had to pitch against his own team because they didn't think women could pitch against men.
For the first time in more than 70 years, women took the field in a professional baseball game. Dreams that generations fought for are finally becoming reality. Here’s to every girl who has ever been told, “Baseball isn’t for you.” Keep proving them wrong💪 #WomensSports #SheShed #ViVaHerAlliance

It dawned on me this last week that most of you know almost nothing about me whatsoever. I think only a couple of you knew me through my Facebook page where I was just flat out me and not just posting behind my podcast persona. My name is Michael Cook. I work retail. I live in small town Indiana
Fort Wayne, Portland, Salem, Napa, Seattle. All Blue Cities I have been to in the last few years and they look amazing.
Trump: "Look at the blue cities. What do they have in common? They're all dirty. They're filthy dirty. Their streets are dirty. Their streets smell. Their storefronts are broken. Their trees are all gross. Everything about the place is dirty. It's really all of them."
My best friend is a music playing nut. He owns so many instruments. He just bought a set of harmonicas. He blast about two notes and ran out of breath. Not a smoker.
I realize it's a bit ironic how much shit I give John Landis because Three Amigos is my favorite movie. I'm just gonna chock that up to the magic that is Steve Martin, the funniest man that has ever lived.
