not to play favorites but imperfect science is probably our favorite piece of media to emerge from the entire mechsploitation scene. just riding on that same wavelength about pilots, about the industrial and scientific annihilation of identity by the military, of the inherent disposability of
the body but the importance of the skills, of the instincts, of the training, followed to its logical conclusion just hits us like a punch in the gut every time.

I don’t think there’s been a time since mayyybe high school where I was actively watching multiple currently airing anime series, and yet. here I am

I have a very long reading list but none of it is stuff that I can read on my phone at work it’s very frustrating
i really like the way Wrightson draws the werewolf standing on two legs, it looks so awkward and really sells the whole “werewolf who hasn’t really gotten a good handle on the whole situation yet” deal

I don’t have a thing for nitrile gloves but the closest I get is grabbing a size that’s slightly too small for me so that they perfectly conform to my fingers and look like eerie alien hands bc it’s somehow always funny to me
