If you're interested in blood cultures: Our study of time to laboratory on yield (adjusted for ward structure and baseline positivity) did not show a global adverse effect except for S pneumoniae, S pyogenes, and S dysgalactiae (2500 beds, England) www.journalofinfection.com/article/S016...
