Hurricane Melissa made landfall yesterday in Jamaica, causing devastating damage. Many families lost everything.. Some were still recovering from Hurricane Beryl last year and will have to start all over again.. Please consider donating to the Jamaican Red Cross. Anything helps!

I’m emotional but so happy to report that my health has been improving lately. I’ve been too anxious to talk openly about this but.. I’ve been dealing with severe long-covid from 2020-2024. The worst symptoms I was struggling with were fatigue, reoccurring flu/cold symptoms
