Finally caught up on the rest of the Spider-Noir series and it was so enjoyable. Totally different than the original comic, but so well-written and fun. Cage has some brilliant moments with a fantastic supporting cast. Now I want a The Shadow series on Amazon Prime in this style.

I have had the first Clue VCR game for years, now I’m lucky enough to have found the sequel!

After months of seeing this new Slice in the grocery store I decided to finally give it a try. You can see where I think it belongs 🤮

ME coming home to see my wife watching Masters of the Universe on Amazon Prime, completely of her own volition. She ended up having the same review that I did: Looks great, awesome score, leaned too much on awkward humor and repeated jokes that weren’t funny the first time.

2 little things I picked up at the thrift store yesterday, a pair of vintage Diet Pepsi promotional key chains.

Pulled this promo for the Ewoks: The Battle For Endor TV movie from a home recorded VHS tape I found yesterday. Crazy thing is that it had a parental advisory at the beginning and that it referred to the film by the title “Cindel and the Ewoks”. Fascinating…🤔

Randomly stopped at a garage sale and found Mousercise on vinyl for 50 cents!

I just saw #spidermanbrandnewday and boy is there A LOT in this movie. Better see it quick, so it doesn’t get spoiled for you.

Believe it or not, there’s a The Greatest American Hero comic out right now and it’s pretty great 😉

My youngest went to bed reading the Centurions comic and woke up to watch the cartoon on VHS.

I’m a sucker for comic book adaptations of movies I love. Hit the jackpot today. I was able to complete my run of Hook and now I can hunt down the rest of the Howard The Duck miniseries. Didn’t even know the Flintstones one existed and in 3-D no less!

My youngest wants to be like Dad and live that VHS life. So he’s got a VCR in his room now and first tape he pushed play on was a #TMNT Burger King video 📼

I’ve been holding onto this giant 3-sheet movie poster of the cover to the first MADMAN comic I ever bought by @allredmd.bsky.social and @alexrossart.bsky.social for over 20 years. Never had an office space big enough to display it properly or a framing store I trusted to mount it. Someday…🥲

So I knew nothing about the origins of these dudes, but watched the film on a recent flight and was blown away. So creative, intricate and hilarious. Definitely buying a physical copy. Just a wild and heartwarming experience.

There were a bunch of variant covers for the #TMNT 300th issue, but I had to go with the Frank Miller variant based on how much he inspired Eastman and Laird’s creation of the Turtles. Those who know, KNOW 😉

Here’s my #VHS tribute to the late Chuck Russell (I wish I had a copy of his amazing The Blob film). He didn’t get to direct a lot, yet he directed two of the greatest movies of my lifetime…and Eraser 😉 RIP to a very talented individual.

Tonight’s bedtime story for my youngest.

Found this movie at the thrift store yesterday and I can’t believe it wasn’t playing on TV every Saturday afternoon in the early 90s. Would have made a great double feature with Medicine Man. It’s got some fantastic chimp performances in it too. Really fun.

I painted this Superman around 1986 as part of what I believe was a Super Powers craft kit that also included a Batman. I’m counting on @nlogan77.bsky.social to find evidence of a boxed one online. That’s usually how these things go 😄

Spotted this shirt at the mall today, but it only came in sleeveless and my farmer’s tan would ruin the whole vibe 😄

Not gonna lie, this Nightmare On Elm Street pinball machine kind of sucked. The Waterworld experience was surprisingly much more satisfying.

Can’t leave Vegas without a round of KISS mini-golf.

One of the more unique pinball machines I got to play today was this gigantic The Flintstones model. The ball was a boulder and flippers were kind of like caveman clubs. Really fun.
