I made baked yogurt for dessert 1 egg 1 c greek yogurt 1/4 c blueberries 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 scoop of protein powder 1 tbsp agave nectar (optional) Mix & bake in a ramekin at 325 for 20 mins then let it set for 30 mins. I'd leave out the agave nectar next time but it was a good first attempt.

There is nothing I love more than hearing a non native English speaker with a strong ass regional accent. At my last employer I had a few coworkers from China and Vietnam with the THICKEST Texas accents I’ve ever heard.
This is one of the ways I was taught to cook eggs and with passion. I learned to cook from various international aunties and when I cooked in a Chinese restaurant if you fucked up a dish, you got hit. When I see people who dont try to improve their cooking skills I cringe. You wanna get ladled?
