Just an ordinary bloke who prefers not to wear clothes, believes in God and lives in rural Galloway with 2 dogs.

Coming soon on Zoom... a series of mindfulness sessions aimed at men, where you don't have to get dressed to join in. Mondays at 6.30pm (UK time) starting 21 Sept - DM with your WhatsApp number to join the group chat for updates etc.

Where are you happy to be naked? These are our choices: 1. Nowhere ❌️ 2. Shower ✅️ 3. Bed ✅️ 4. Bedroom ✅️ 5. Whole house ✅️ 6. Garden ✅️ 7. Nudist club, campsite, etc. ✅️ 8. Public nudist beach ✅️ 9. Remote outdoors ✅️ 10. Anywhere in nature ❓ 11. Anywhere ❌

Started on a project in the garden today to create a 'secret' seating area on what was a scruffy and unproductive veg plot, surrounded on 3 sides by pretty potager-style beds. It will be lovely when it's finished. Honest!

Will Burnham make a better PM than Starmer? He seems to have done an okjob in Manchester, but already he's backtracking on some of his criticisms of immigration policy etc and, as a Friend of Israel, will he reverse some of the restrictions on free speech/protest? I suspect not.

I'd tried to orgnise a group walk today in the Galloway Hills to mark World Naked Hiking Day, but sadly had no takers. Will try and fit in a smaller scale walk nearer to home.

It seems it's not just the government that is against pro-Palestinian activity in the face of Israeli aggression. Last year I did a sponsored walk for a mental health charity and raised over £1200. This year, I am 'Striding for Palestinians' and have so far raised £80 from 5 sponsors. 😥

I set off today, Nakba Day, from Nablus in the North of the West Bank on my 186km virtual walk to South Gaza. Follow my journey, and contribute if you can to raise funds for vital medical support for the victims of the ongoing war in the region. Next stop, Jericho!

Support Anthony's Stride for Palestinians 2026

I am striding for health, I am striding for dignity, I am striding for Palestinians. Please donate to my page and help me support Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) as they remain for the Palestinian

Holocaust denial is a crime. Calling out genocidal actions by the Israeli state is being framed as a crime against Jews. Arab people (Muslim or Christian) can be victims too - and it should be a crime to deny what is happening to them! History will not look kindly on us.

So... pro-Palestinian marches attended by large numbers of Jews are 'anti-Semitic' yet the only Jewish leader of a British political party being told not to play the anti-semitism card in a media interview and raising a smirk when he speaks of a right wing activist nazi-saluting him is okay.

If it is wrong to attack Jews for being Jewish, is it not also wrong to attack Palestinians for not being? Jewish lives in Britain and abroad are precious. So are Muslim and Christian lives in Palestine - Arabs, Asians, Africans, Latinos, first nation peoples (and whites) ...throughout the world.

I stand in solidarity with the people of Palestine against the racist oppression of the zionist Israeli state. But I also stand 100% with the Jewish community against racist violence and abuse. No one in the UK should face discrimination of any kind purely because of their ethnicity or religion.
