Yesterday Laura Anselmi & Jon Gibson presented at a Health Financing and Mental Health Equity seminar in Indonesia. Jon talked about "Mental health and lost productivity in Indonesia" whilst Laura spoke on "Equity and efficiency in health resource allocation and provider payment".
