For those who don't understand, the EU has implemented a shipping system that demands ALL EU businesses must pay for a rep in EACH EU country they send to, which can range from €100 to €900 EACH. Small businesses who send 1 to2 parcels a year to 1 country isn't going to afford the 100s in costs.
