Ryan Condal has confirmed that House of the Dragon season 3 will begin filming in the first quarter of 2025. Condal said that the crew is at its most ready to date and that the new season will be the most “stunning” production yet.
At Emma D'Arcy's request, Rhaenyra may carry a sword in season 3 of House of the Dragon. “The men on the show don't have to think about where to put their hands because they're always holding the hilt of their sword. We always think about where to put our hands.”
