Homelessness In CT Ticks Up 10%, According To National Count
The number of people experiencing homelessness increased nearly 10% in 2025, according to the annual Point-In-Time (PIT) count. The count, conducted by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, is taken annually during the last week in January.
