Here's an exciting office-to-residential conversion in the Denver Tech Center. This office building sat vacant for years before being purchased for $12 million & converted into 143 affordable homes. Hopefully a new trend for Colorado.

Apartment conversions are expensive and tricky. This old Denver Tech Center building pulled it off.

The Lofts on Monaco, formerly the headquarters of Invesco is now 143 units with unusual floor plans and big windows.
