I still remember discovering songs that felt like secrets

a lot of indie artists are addicted to the feeling of growth. not growth itself. stream teams. f4f. fake numbers. stat screenshots. short dopamine rush. long term damage. eventually the algorithm notices nobody actually cares.

I like how a song looks before you even hear it. Sometimes you can already tell if it pulls you in… or lets you go.

In northern folklore, there are stories about something in the water. It doesn’t force you. You follow. That’s what stayed with me while making this.
