Finished my last long training run of the year. Despite it being quite humid I did well especially with my pace, will now taper my training until my 1st half marathon 🏃🏽♀️

Completed my long run this morning and it was tough. My legs became stiff especially in the final 2 miles & the humidity didn’t help. Getting much harder to run long distances at my age 🥵💦🏃🏽♀️
