I just got the Mantra vocal interface from Neural DSP. I’m using it in conjunction with my Quad Cortex, and what an amazing tool. Just using the default presets have fixed all my gripes with the demo vocals we’re recording. Highly recommended if you need additional tweaks for vocals.
About to do the greatest 2 weeks of concerts in my entire life, with some of my fav bands: -Converge/Poison the Well -Fireworks -MGK -New Found Glory -possibly Echo and the Bunnymen On top of that, I get to see a handful of friends in other states, which will be a nice change of pace from no one.

Iman Vellani’s love for the MCU translates into Ms Marvel being one of the most endearing characters. I hate how toxic the fanbase is for female characters (in this and all fanbases). We didn’t get superhero movies like this as kids, just enjoy the ride that we get these on the regular now.
For the last 20 years, I’ve been going to a majority of concerts by myself, save about a third with my wife. I’ve been fine with that, but I think I’m finally hitting the point where it’s just a bummer to spend time alone in a community that I’ve lived and breathed since I was 13.
