We need deeper leadership in the world. The leadership bar is extremely low, and it is our responsibility to expect more of our leaders, and to develop ourselves into leaders that can move humankind forward. It’s an emergency.

I recently learned that as concern grows over the human cost of AI, a new “The Human Movement” is emerging in response. We definitely need a strong, genuinely focused pro-human mobilization. But is it? Some versions of this early movement seem remarkably uninterested in ALL humans.

We are destroying the environment, affecting people's livelihoods, raising energy costs, making people lose their jobs, launching a techno-fascist surveillance state, but hey, looks like at least we’re winning the AI race 🫩

The debate is no longer occurring between AI optimists and AI doomers. It is occurring between people who believe we still have meaningful choices and people who have already accepted technological inevitability. Whether humanity ends up in a deep moral debt. The window is shrinking. 1/2 Link👇🏼
