Folks, we've received some good news. While my client Ernest never heard back from the moderators, his ban did expire one day earlier than expected, so his account is now back up. He'll be migrating to a different PDS before resuming regular posting, but once that's done you should see him again.

i think, end of the day, the real problem with Bluesky is that most of its users are here *because* they want to be in a bubble. and they can tell themselves that it’s just about not being around Nazis it supporting Musk, and that’s part of it, but also there’s a palpable desire to be ensconced.

Hello friends, my client Ernest Penfold has gotten into a spot of trouble again. He has been slapped with a 14-day ban over one of the other posts regarding the activities of a certain member of bluesky staff. He will be appealing this ban, so stay tuned for further updates.

Friends, my client is many things, but I'd hardly describe him as a "Troll." He and many of his friends got slapped by this label over what appears to be the personal bias of the person running the "skywatch" labeler, a labeler that many good people trust to keep them safe from harassment.

Friends, my client Ernest Penfold has informed me that his suspension from this website is now over, and will resume normal posting. In the meantime, he'll be keeping me on retainer in case anything were to happen to him in the future.
