This was said a while ago, but he doesn't really get "sick". Moreso, due to how his body & powers work, the pathogens inside would just "level-up", gradually becoming more deadly while spreading easily to everyone else. Good thing that's just a what-if scenario ha ha... #oc #zyguss #dregs
