Hey, I write stuff. Some might even call me a poet. She/They 🏳️‍⚧️

Scene XII: Consummation (From “The Fragile Masque of Sanity”) is finally up! Somewhat shorter than Scene XI, Scene XII makes up for it, I hope, with its crescendo and culmination to the tensions of its predecessor.

Sorry for the wait! The rest of Scene XI: Confrontation (From “The Fragile Masque of Sanity: Act Two”) is up! Since Bluesky refuses to allow more than four slides/photos, check my comment beneath this post for the ending of the chapter 🖤

And as also promised, an extract from “Metamorphosis”, Entry Five: Cyclothymic! Taking place outside of the linear narrative, Cyclothymic centers on Bobbi, their perception of reality, and their philosophical/psychological processings. Includes footnotes (not originally included) within the text!

As promised, an extract of Scene XI: Confrontation (from the newly rewritten Act Two)! Returning to the linear plot after the meta-narrative/fiction of Scenes IX & X, Thomas addresses Jean about the nature of their crimes together, his psychological/emotional state approaching its breaking point.

Hey! Sorry it’s been forever since I’ve posted any writing; life has been a bit unavoidable lately. I wanted to offer a brief update about “Metamorphosis” and “The Fragile Masque.” Neither has been abandoned. Both are having new and recent chapters (re)written—about which I will post more soon <3

So, can we talk about the corporeal crisis you get as a transfem when a cis lesbian flirts with you and you suddenly begin worrying that if you don’t look as feminine (or more) as you do now for the rest of your life until death that she’ll inevitably leave you for someone better? Or is it just me?

“Scene XII” of the Fragile Masque of Sanity is done! As one of the more experimental chapters in the novella, I wanted to explore alterations of consciousness and concepts of disassociation. Hopefully this chapter did those themes justice! The second half is in the comments~ (Part One of Two).

“Scene XI” of The Fragile Masque of Sanity is done! Thank you for your patience as I wrote this one, it was strangely difficult :/ Act Two returns to events alluded to earlier in the story. Perhaps now we will learn more about Jean (John) and the enigmatic East End Murderer?

“Scene X” of The Fragile Masque of Sanity is officially finished! While initially included in an earlier post, the re-edited version deserves to exist in isolation ~<3 (Translation of the German at the bottom) “Fresh wind blows “Into the homeland; “My Swiss child, “Where do your feet stand?”

Part Three of “Metamorphosis” is up! I actually finished this chapter a while back, but held off posting it because I was unsure of how I felt about it. More of an “Interlude” than a chapter proper (as it takes place outside the chronology of the main story), I nevertheless hope you enjoy it!

Chapter Eight (Part One) of “The Fragile Masque of Sanity” is up! I hope you brushed up on your French (or are good at understanding cognates)! I will provide an English translation soon; this is probably the most experimental chapter/piece of writing I’ve ever done, so I hope you enjoy it! 🖤
