9 days later: - Marquee starter acquired. In the mix for Sasaki too, but I doubt it. - DJ’s still here. - Real closer signed. Bullpen building continues. - Awaiting infield signings… - Cody Bellinger acquired via trade. Could play first if not outfield.

Yankees now need to do the following: - Acquire one marquee starters. Preferably two. - Remove DJ LeMahieu from the roster. - Beef up the bullpen. Maybe sign a real closer? - Sign or trade for everyday first and third basemen. -Acquire Cody Bellinger or Anthony Santander.
