The White House does not get to pick and choose who has the right to be an American. For generations, the promise that every child born on American soil is an American citizen has been woven into the very fabric of our Constitution. Today's ruling affirms that promise.

When I was 17, I raised my hand to serve. The Army saved my life — I found my purpose on this Earth and the direction I needed.

Nobody should have to justify their own humanity, and as long as I am Governor of this state, we will fight for the humanity, rights, and freedoms of our fellow Americans, including our LGBTQ+ community.
Baltimore knows it, and there are no questions about it: We’re fighting to make sure Maryland will win!
Marylanders – and people around the country – are tired of politicians taking away voters' power and using their offices to enrich themselves. I've made reforms to restore voting rights and stop politicians from using their offices as get-rich-quick schemes.

“Leave no one behind” takes on a deeper meaning here, where folks have felt forgotten for years. Not on my watch. We’ve delivered funding for public schools, community colleges, I-81 maintenance, and emergency services — even when the White House turned their back on us. We’re just getting started.
