That late afternoon sun hitting hard. Recharging the beard. ☀️ 💯

I think right now whole we try and figure things out it's important that trans+ people feel seen and supported by our whole community #lgbtq
Right now, it’s important that trans people and our wider LGBTQ+ community do not retreat into isolation or feel like you have to carry this on your own. Community matters now more than ever. Look after each other.

Today London Friend and LGBT HERO launch a new report highlighting the concerns felt by LGBTQ+ people who engage in chemsex, and how it can impact the services and support they access. You can read the report in full here: londonfriend.org.uk/chemsexrepor...
Unpopular opinion. I don’t find Bob Mortimer funny at all. #lastonelaughing
If terfs had empathy they wouldn’t lead campaigns that end up with children ending their own lives
Failed tonight. Muscle spasm in my back. 😩
I’m at an age where if I can come back from the gym without an injury that’s a win.

Asked AI what I would I look like with just a moustache. Yay or nay? 🤔
This weather is depressing. Anyone remember what the sun looks like?
Probably the best result for The Traitors UK. The remaining didn’t do enough to earn it. They played a blinder. Great TV
Sometime I get so stuck in work I forget to post, but the fantastic Queerz Night raised over £3,000 for @lgbthero.org.uk at their Sports Battle Table Quiz last week. Unbelievabley grateful for their support. 💙
December 26th in Ireland is boring AF. What do you mean you’re forcing me to do nothing cos most shops are closed? I prefer to do that when everything is open. Sake.
A simple google search seeing if intersex men might have wombs would have prevented this stupid post. The eradication of intersex people is real. They exist and can show you that both sex and gender is not binary. Basic science.
One reason to save cinemas. They stop people looking at their phones during the whole movie and actually watch the movie.
If the EBU are too gutless to do the right thing, then it’s down to the viewers to sort this mess out. There’s no Eurovision without viewers and voters. Don’t watch it. Don’t vote. Let Israel win and that’ll be the end of it. It can always be rebuilt. #eurovision
Wrote a piece on the resilience the LGBTQ+ community has in a crisis and how we must use that resilience if we want to see lasting change in our community's mental health and wellbeing @lgbthero.org.uk #WorldMentalHealthDay www.lgbthero.org.uk/finding-calm...
Finding Calm in Chaos: How LGBTQ+ Communities Show Up for Each Other in Times of Crisis
When everything goes to pieces, queer people don’t wait around for permission to care – we just get on with it. In a world that often overlooks or outright marginalises us, the LGBTQ+ community has ho...

In Finding Calm in Chaos we explore how LGBTQ+ communities build lifelines when the system fails — from midnight group chats to grassroots care, from exclusion in shelters to peer support that saves lives. By @ianhowley.bsky.social #WorldMentalHealthDay www.lgbthero.org.uk/finding-calm...

I always use this day as a ‘reset’ day where look back over the last 12 months and think about what I’d like from the next. If there’s a day you should be selfish it’s #WorldMentalHealthDay.
This #WorldMentalHealthDay, we’re reminding ourselves of one thing... we already have the tools to build a happier, healthier community. We at LGBT HERO promise to keep fighting for better health, for equal rights and the opportunity for all LGBTQ+ people to have the chance for a happier life.

I just got reminded that 14 years ago today I went to see Alan Carr live at Wembley. I have no memory of this. Seriously. As far as I remember I went for after work drinks before I went there and clearly I got shitfaced that i don’t remember this. Awful. I was 26 at the time so leave me alone.
Okay, I'm doing it. I'm wearing trousers for the first time since Spring. Tried with the shorts today but I had to give it up. My milk bottles were cold.
This should pretty much confirm Isreal's exit but how it's done will be interesting. The EBU is spineless.
Spain votes to boycott Eurovision if Israel competes
Might be a stupid question but is there a way to get analytical data on this app? I want @lgbthero.org.uk to be posting more here as there's a large LGBTQ+ audience but funders love data and it's hard to know our impact on here. Will still increase our posts here but access to data would be helpful
Nothing major. Just hanging with Samantha Mumba last night at Manchester Pride.
