Another comic convention done, another several hundred dollars down the hole. I'm gonna table the ones I've already paid for then I'm sticking with zine and small press shows from now on. Comic cons simply don't work for what I'm selling ironically.
The hardest part of maintaining a buffer for my wecomic is having all this stuff that I'm not showing yet. I want to show off everything! I want to share! But I must be disciplined...
After this weekend I don't I can be convinced to pay for a table at a big comic con . There's not a place for indie comics anymore.

I've been reusing designs for this flashback arc, but for Big Joe’s great-grand uncle I wanted a more unique design. Whereas our Big Joe is more massive and round; for the past Big Joe I went for chiseled features and an emphasized Dorito shape. Read Uppity and more: bit.ly/3UoRcbU

I know looking youthful is admired but I'm getting a little tired of edging to my 40s and people thinking I'm in my 20s. EVEN A KID AT WORK YESTERDAY WAS SURPRISED, AND THEY USUALLY THINK YOU'RE A MILLION YEARS OLD.
